Our booking policy

Upon booking, the 50% deposit required to secure date and Soirée Society service, is non-refundable.

All vendor and supplier deposits / payment terms and conditions will be agreed on by a case by case scenario and to be agreed upon by the client in writing prior to payments being made. 

Final payment due 60 days prior to event and can be paid via – Indonesian / Australian Bank Transfer or Credit Card (not amex)

A security deposit of between IDR 5,000,000 - IDR 30,000,000 will be agreed upon between Soirée Society and the client prior to the final payment being made 60 days from the wedding date. 

This is used as a "credit" for any last minute additions once the final invoice is to be paid to avoid clients having to worry about extra payments close to the wedding. 

Upon completion of the wedding if the security deposit needs to be refunded, Soirée Society will refund the money by cash up to 5 days following the wedding.

Our duties and responsibilities as your wedding planner may include but are not limited too – 

  • Helping client find and book a wedding venue for ceremony and / or reception

  • Helping client find and book 3rd party vendors, staff, decorators, entertainment and other event staff and services

  • Communicating on behalf of the client with parties mentioned above 

  • Collecting and managing payment for all services

  • Providing accurate information relating to the wedding day 

  • Providing an experienced wedding planner from the time our services are engaged to liaise with the client and to be present on the wedding day at the venue from 10am until pack down of venue 

  • Soirée Society will reply to all emails and messages  in a timely manner during Bali office hours 10am - 6pm

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise stated in writing the client agrees that –

  • Soirée Society may share photos or video content on social media platforms 1 week after the wedding unless requested otherwise. They may also be used for marketing and promotions.

  • Understands that Soirée Society acts as an agent for venues and suppliers and as such cannot be held liable for any mistakes or problems that may arise from third parties

  • Soirée Society has pre approved suppliers / vendors we work with to ensure the highest quality and level of service is delivered. These suppliers are: Sound & Lighting, Catering (food and beverage) and florist. 

  • If Client books vendors or suppliers that are not Indonesian Citizens, Bali Soirée Society reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue if they can not produce a valid working Visa for Bali. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing 

  • Soirée Society  may require further information or documents from client, client agrees to send these through by due date or Soirée Society will not be held responsible for any delays or issues that may arise 

  • Client agrees to pay all deposits and balances by due dates

  • Soirée Society will pay all vendors only once payment has been received by a client for the vendor or item

  • If client has outstanding balance after the wedding day they agree to pay in full within 5 working days 

  • If client fails to pay final invoice then the balance may be referred to a debt collection agency 

  • Rates and discounts offered are by invitation and confidential as such any rates offered are not to be discussed with any third party

  • Client understands that each third party may have contracts of their own that may need to be agreed upon or give consent for Soirée Society  to accept terms on their behalf and takes responsibility for fulfilling requirements

  • If for any reason Client does not make it to Bali for their wedding that they are not entitled to any refunds or compensation, Soirée Society recommends taking out insurance that covers weddings

  • Soirée Society is not accountable for acts of god that may disrupt wedding day or flights and from Bali

  • All quotes and pricing may be subject to change by our suppliers as per their terms and conditions

  • Wedding date is not booked with Soirée Society until deposit has been paid and confirmation sent to client

  • Cancellations will forfeit 50% deposit to Soirée Society and any deposits down at venues and with suppliers

  • Postponements due to Covid 19 will be honored with no additional charge from Soirée Society

  • Postponements due to Covid 19 will need to be approved from vendors and suppliers to ensure a new date is available and any additional cost is charged, this will be treated per each individual supplier and vendor.
